Who we are

Alpha and Omega Consultancy are a housing consultancy firm, specialising in the acquisition and development of land for residential housing and development in London and throughout the UK. We have a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors delivering schemes across private and all affordable tenures.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our experience and expertise allows us to procure and deliver schemes in both a cost effective and timely manner. We cater for all our clients’ needs from site identification and pre planning through to appraisals – design – acquisition and construction.

With an in-depth knowledge of both the private and public sectors our services will save time, cut costs and reduce risks whilst unlocking potential to increase NPV & IRR and demonstrating further optimisation.

Do you have a Consented Development or site that may need planning permission?

We are constantly looking for new development opportunities and our knowledge of planning policy and in-house design team allow us to carry out design and feasibility studies quickly, so we can make swift decisions on opportunities.

We see our role in the development process as threefold:

  • To ensure the maximum return for the land by designing buildings which will be acceptable to the Planning Authorities as the high quality, sustainable buildings enhance the appearance of the local area
  • To maintain relationships with adjacent owners and all stakeholders
  • To deliver a good quality products, free from defects and conducive to the requirements of the end user.
